Why do I have to pay for SMS/Text Messages?

BandCentral has to pay for every single SMS message sent from all BandCentral BandHubs, and, as there are thousands of bands across the world using this service, it is a cost we had to pass on. BandCentral gets no profit from this service - it is a functionality we want to offer our bands, but for which we must pay a bill.

We're always on the look out for the cheapest solution for Bands, and will continue to search for a lower the price.
