Time Zone Issues
If you are having problems with gig, event or email alert times (showing the incorrect time) then this will be due to the following time zone issues:
1) You or your fellow band/team members don't have the correct time zone set.
To set your time zone, simply visit 'Settings' > 'My Settings'
2) Your gig venue does not have a city set, and therefore no timezone.
You need to select the city from the BandCentral city dropdown menu (when adding a new venue)
The BandCentral system can't work out which time zone a venue is in, unless you tell it.
