We use High-Grade Encryption and dedicated servers.

BandCentral’s servers are state of the art and all of your data is backed up every 24hrs – this means that should an act of God strike BC HQ, you will never lose more than a day’s asset information (we can retrieve all past text data).

All of the information you upload or input into your BandHub remains your own property. BandCentral understands that personal information and private assets are priceless, and as such we place the utmost importance on protecting our users’ data.

What you do

Like all web-based systems, your BandHub is only secure as your password. Please ensure you pick a high level of difficulty and that you keep it safe!

We have followed in the convention of most web-based services in offering password reset via your personal email address.
BandCentral does not have access to BandHub passwords, as they are encrypted. If you have forgotten yours, please use the 'reset' link on the login screen.
