All Pro Monthly accounts are given 1GB of file storage, and all Pro Annual accounts are given 2GB of file storage per year as part of your subscription. If you require more than this, you can purchase extra storage in bundles of 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5GB – the price works out as £1.00 for the 1GB and £0.50 for each 1GB after that.

To purchase extra file storage

Under Settings on the main, left-hand navigation, select Band Settings. In the top right-hand corner of the screen, you will see a box showing exactly how much files storage you have available.

Click on Top up your credit, select how much file storage you would like to buy, and Continue to payment. On the next page, enter in your payment details and your billing address, and hit Purchase.

Once you make the purchase you will be redirected to the ‘Billing/Plans’ page / back to the Band Settings page [#which one of these???], where you can see a billing summary.
