Why can I only access the Dashboard, Messages, Settings and Help?
Whoever sent you the invite has probably designated you as a 'Third Party' and not a 'Band Member'. You need to get a 'Band Member' to open up your access permissions to include the rest of the site (done via the Members tab!).
You will have access to the message board, so simply post a new message asking them to set your access permissions.
