How do I add new users to my BandHub?

Go to the Members tab on the main, left-hand, navigation bar.
Find the box in the top right-hand of the screen, entitled Add a New Hub Member.

Enter in the person's name and email address, select whether they are a Band Member or a Third Party (promoter, roadie, record label rep, etc.), and click invite.

The person will receive an email containing a link they must follow to check their basic details (name, email and timezone). Once confirmed, they will receive a second email with a link they must follow to create a password. Once submitted, the user is then logged-in, and will land at the BandHub Dashboard.

You can track the progress of all invites you have sent out from the Members tab, under the field Awaiting Response From.

NB. As a default, those invited as Band Members will have access to all parts of the BandHub, whereas Third-Parties can initially only access the messages section.
