To save you time, we support two universal file formats to enable you to easily import your existing contact lists from your email accounts into your BandHub's Contacts manager: CSV and vCard.

Almost all major web-based email services (Gmail, Yahoo!, Hotmail, etc.) as well as major Mac and PC computer-based email clients (Outlook, Mail, Entourage), use these file formats for exporting and importing contacts.

CSV

A CSV [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comma-separated_values] resembles a spreadsheet, and Excel files can easily be converted into this format.

vCard

A vCard [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/VCard] is designed to resemble a 'business card', and requires an application with an address book to open the files.

To import all of your Gmail contacts, for example, into your BandHub's Contacts Manager you need to firstly export your Gmail address book into one of these formats, and save the file to your computer. (Though it obviously differs from one email client to another, the path to find this feature is usually under 'settings' or 'contacts/address book', and the language is usually 'export'.)

In your BandHub, go to Contacts > Import Contacts, select this file, designate which file type (vCard or Outlook CSV), and hit Upload Contacts. No tinkering is required, and once done, you should see all of the new contacts listed in your Hub.
