You can sync your BandHub's calendar info with the other calendars you use - iCal and gCal (Google Calendar) and Outlook being the most popular.

Your BandHub will create a unique URL that represents your calendar(s).

To find your BandHub calendar's unique URL

Go to My Settings under the main Settings tab. Under Sync BandHub Calendar there will be a unique URL for you to copy.

NB: Should you need to, you can reset this URL at any time by hitting Reset Subscribe URL. Doing this, however, will break the former links for all Hub members, and you will have to re-enter this URL into all of the calendars that any of you use.

Armed with this URL, you can now subscribe your other calendars to your BandHub's Calendar.

Below are the basic steps to subscribe to iCal, Google Calendar and Outlook, with links to official instruction pages should you require more information.

iCal:

Go to Calendar > Subscribe and enter the BandHub URL in the Subscribe to field. Click Subscribe. Choose a name for the calendar. And you're done. You will see all future events displayed.

Google Calendar:

In the bottom left-hand of the page, under Other calendars select Add > Add by URL. Enter the BandHub URL in the URL field and select Add Calendar. Wait a moment, while Google imports the information, and you're done. You will see all future events displayed.

Go to Tools > Account Settings and click on the Internet Calendars tab.
