Your band will want to store many important files on the BandHub. the BandHub makes it very easy to share large files with our public links, or download tokens.

Instead of trying to send large files over email - which you can also do from the BandHub - you can create a unique public URL that allows files stored in your BandHub to be downloaded from anywhere in the web; and, you can set and track how many times each file can be downloaded.

This feature can be used for administrative purposes, like sending artwork to a printer, but also for promotions - copy the link into an email-out as a song give-away to your most loyal fans.

How to generate a public link:

Next to every file stored in the Assets section is a button that says Create Public Link.

When you click on this you are directed to a page asking you how many download tokens you would like to assign to the file. Pick any number up to 499, and click on Create Public Link.

This produces a unique URL that you can copy and share across the web.

Once the link is established, the button next to your file will read View Public URL. Click through to keep track of how many downloads have been made of your files, or to delete/de-activate the link at any time.
